At this time, Hinterland Mining Company  is seeking $ 650,000.00 USD of private funds for the modernizing development of its Company’s gold and Diamond mining operations. Tentatively, I am willing to sell a 30% interest in the business in exchange for the capital sought in this business plan.

      Hinterland Mining Company  expects that the business will aggressively expand during the first t years of operation. As the business becomes profitable it will make substantial reinvestments into the Company’s gold/diamond mining infrastructure. Additionally, the Company may seek to acquire additional land leases on proven grounds for gold/diamond mining.

This would consist of activities focused on acquiring specific information to formulate detailed development plans substantiate and provide justification of the financial commitment for the overall business strategy. The existing mining and processing site would also be reviewed as follows:

  • Evaluation of existing technical and mining plans, personnel, mining equipment, processing facilities and security and infrastructure.
  • Confirmation of maps, technical database and mining plans.
  • Preparation of detailed plans and budget for a long-term development of the business plan.
